Aromaxin 25 is a next-generation medication that inhibits the enzymes responsible for aromatization. Exemestane differs significantly from other medications in the aromatase inhibitor class. Aromaxin 25 is superior, as traditional aromatase inhibitors provide only temporary effectiveness, whereas Aromaxin 25 offers an irreversible and lasting impact. This drug can suppress 85% or more of the estrogens in an athlete's body.
During a steroid cycle, Aromaxin 25 helps mitigate the side effects associated with steroids, particularly aromatization. It's important to highlight that Aromaxin 25's effects are fundamentally different from those of Nolvadex, which many athletes are familiar with. Tamoxifen does not influence the aromatization process; instead, it interacts with cellular estrogen receptors, preventing estrogen from binding to them. Conversely, Exemestane directly affects aromatization and reduces it. The structure of Aromaxin 25 closely resembles that of the natural steroid androstenedione. Exemestane works by irreversibly binding to active hormone enzymes, rendering them inactive. Aromaxin 25 has no estrogenic or progestogenic activity, but it does exhibit mild androgenic properties.
This treatment is indicated for breast cancer in postmenopausal women (whether natural or induced) that progresses despite antiestrogen therapy, non-steroidal aromatase inhibitors, or progestins.
The recommended dosage for men is 12.5-25 mg/day, while women should take 12.5 mg/day.
Side effects of Aromaxin 25 can occur frequently and can vary in intensity. Athletes may experience undesirable effects such as nausea, fatigue, sweating, dizziness, headaches, skin rashes, insomnia, and more.
